As a community radio station, we operate on a not-for-profit basis, and our primary goal is to serve the needs and interests of our local community.

We are permitted to include limited advertising and sponsorship as part of our funding mix, under our Ofcom community radio licence. This includes:

• Programme sponsorships (shows or segments supported by a named local business or organisation)

• Website and social media promotion

All advertising and sponsorship content is:

• Clearly identified and separated from editorial content

• In line with Ofcom’s Broadcasting Code and BCAP advertising rules

• Family-friendly and appropriate for a general audience

• Focused primarily on local or regional businesses and services
