In this FIFTH podcast Headteacher Kate and her Deputy Emily
describe key events over the past week, highlighting Tuesday
evening's 'Walk Of Hope' to St. Nicholas Primary School past
the homes of many of the pupils of the school.
After the walk, parents and children, teachers and other staff,
school Governors and members of the public attended a public
meeting at the school. Hosted by 8 representatives from Herts.
County Council, the meeting was an opportunity to express
a range of views on why the school should remain open.

and the County Panel consider what they've heard ****

After 140 years serving Elstree, St. Nicholas Primary School
now faces closure.
In this first in a series of podcasts, Headteacher Kate Johnston-Grant
and her Deputy Emily Porges describe to BWR the public consultation
which has just started and the support they have already received
from parents and neighbours.
BREAKING NEWS: On 12th November Elstree & Borehamwood
Town Council unanimously pledged to support fully St. Nicholas
Primary School during the critical months of consultation.
