BWR will be at Families Day, Meadow Park, Boreham Wood on Saturday 5th July
Each year Families Day is the highlight of the Town Council's Summer Festival, when resident of all ages are encouraged to enjoy a variety of sponsored events and to meet stallholders representing a range of local groups.
This year BWR (Boreham Wood Radio) will be taking part. We have recently set up our equipment to Broadcast online from our Studio. We'll be streaming music at our stall, so please join us and meet the BWR team.
Better yet, if you're interested in volunteering to join BWR, perhaps as a presenter or as a member of our technical group, please ask our volunteers at the stall to tell you about the opportunities we can offer you.
Now that BWR has been awarded a broadcasting licence from Ofcom, we are preparing to start broadcasting music
and more from our Studio in Elstree Studios in the near future.
